I had no reason for it.
Everything seemed useless, I felt strange, confused and generally very exhausted. I had no energy to use and use for this first step. Time passed and I was still in the same place. However, once my mom couldn`t stand it anymore, that I`m still just sitting locked at home, I don`t have any friends, or any hobbies. She was very sad about it.
